The worst Taxi service. I had them through my medicaid & I had Dr. Appt. that I couldn't miss & did because when they were supposed to be there to pick me up & weren't there I'd call & they were still looking for a taxi. I missed or was late all 3 times I used them. I will NEVER use them again. Once I called them to take me to work & they were to pick me up at 6:30 a.m. on Sun. Morn.they said they were really busy I got a ride they 📞me 3 hrs after the time they were to get me to say otw!
I like having an account with Black and White. Only had 2 driver's that should not be driving ppl. Other than that I am happy with my cab.
Only taxes in the whole city they have a 2 hour wait after u waited all day and do not need them any more they charge u a fee. Rip off.
This company sucks there should be no reason why anybody should have over a four hour wait toledo is definitely not that big. Ever time I call its something with them.
Utterly useless. Unless you enjoy seeing "oops something went wrong " error messages don't download this tripe.
